Booking policy
How to book on the website, and the rules of a stay at Chillout Village.
Booking on the website
- You choose dates and guests and send a booking request with your phone or Zalo number.
- A request does not hold a room: Chillout Village checks the calendar and contacts you to confirm the room and price.
- The room is held once Chillout Village sends you a quote; the staff send the amount and how to transfer. Please do not transfer before you receive the quote.
- Your booking is confirmed once Chillout Village receives the deposit (or the full payment) and sends you a booking confirmation message.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 14:00 · Check-out: before 12:00 the next day
Early check-in, late check-out
- When a room is free, Chillout Village can arrange an early check-in or a late check-out:
- Check-in before 06:00: 50% of the listed price.
- Check-in from 07:00 to 10:00: 30% of the listed price.
- Check-in after 10:00: free.
- Late check-out before 15:00: 30% of the listed price.
- Late check-out before 18:00: 50% of the listed price.
- Late check-out after 18:00: 100% of the listed price.
Deposit
- A deposit of at least 50% of the room total, the rest paid at check-in.
Cancellation, refunds and date changes
- Chillout Village does not refund or cancel bookings.
- The deposit can be kept and the stay moved to new dates if you tell us at least 7 days ahead.
- A kept deposit is valid for 30 days; the room or package price is that of the new dates.
- A stay can be moved only once.
- Moving a stay by more than 30 days costs 200,000 VND per room.
- In case of storms, the deposit is kept for 30 days if you tell us at least 2 days ahead; the package price is that of the new dates.
- Holiday and Tết bookings cannot be refunded, cancelled or moved.
The room price includes
- Breakfast.
- Free in-room amenities: hair dryer, electric kettle, hot shower, heated mattress pad, fan, bath and face towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, comb…
- Free use of the outdoor pool.
- Free use of the billiards and foosball tables.
- Free use of the campfire area.
- In-room minibar (priced as on its menu); free tea and drinking water.
- A basic first-aid kit at the homestay.
- 10% off motorbike rental at the homestay.
- 10% voucher at partner places: Trạm Mây café and grill, A Phủ restaurant, Hmong restaurant, Cafe ngaynaodo, Cafe Nhà Hmong, Cafe Hiên, Cafe Mị ơi…
- Help booking round-trip coaches, with pick-up and drop-off at the homestay.
